At Nemesis Now we make our shipping and delivery process as simple as possible.
All UK customers get free shipping applied to all orders over £250 (excl.VAT).
Customers outside the UK benefit from our shipping price structure. Simply find your country in our shipping table to find the relevant shipping cost. All orders are confirmed at the checkout, with shipping costs included so you can leave the rest to us.
If you prefer to collect your order you are welcome to do so. Simply select "Collection" in the shipping option at checkout.
If you have specific delivery date requirements please let us know at the checkout so we can schedule the order to be delivered on your desired date. We aim to dispatch all orders the following working day once your payment is confirmed. This can be affected by busy sales periods and events so please always let us know if your order is urgent.

Our shipping prices are as follows:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, and Vatican City.
€50 delivery charge for orders under €500. All orders over €500 will be charged 10% of your total order value.
Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland
€75 delivery charge for orders under €500. All orders over €500 will be charged 15%.
Rest of the World
Calculated after checkout. We will get the best quote from our carefully selected couriers and inform you of the cost and arrange payment prior to despatch

UK Customers typically receive their order within 2-4 days. orders outside of the UK will take longer depending on location.

For UK customers shipping is free on orders over £250. Any orders below this amount will be charged £10 (excl. VAT).

Your order will be packed into boxes or pallets depending on the size of your order and delivery requirements.
Can I track my order?
The delivery details are provided once the order has been dispatched. If the order has not been delivered when expected, you can visit your accounts page to see your order tracking information or contact our sales team who will be able to contact the courier for you.
Which courier will deliver my order?
We will use a wide range of couriers depending on the size of your order and the location. If you have a particular request for a courier please make our sales team aware and they will be able to let you know if this is possible.
